Shipping Countries

United States (contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.).

Unable to deliver to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces of the Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, Armed Forces of the Pacific.

Shipping Fees and Times

  • Standard Shipping: Free.
  • Pre-orders: Pre-ordered units are expected to ship within 4–6 weeks of your order.
  • In-stock orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

Delivery times vary by destination. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Delivery Status: You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders move into fulfillment quickly, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please reach out right away through our contact form and we'll do our best to help, though we may not be able to make changes if your order has already been processed. Orders cancelled prior to shipment, including pre-orders, receive a full refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Local taxes and import duties are not included in our shipping fees and may apply. The responsibility for all customs duties and taxes lies with the buyer or recipient of the shipment.

Sales tax may apply in accordance with the tax code of the state to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at checkout, and the final amount will be reflected on your order confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs

Costs associated with return shipping for non-defective returns must be borne by the customer, as detailed in our Returns Policy.

ELM & VENN is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to natural events or logistical delays. We strive to ensure timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
