What does it feel like?

A focused cooling sensation against the inside of your wrist. Many people start on a gentle setting and adjust from there.

How do I wear it?

Wrap the band around your wrist with the cooling surface against the skin and fasten it to a comfortable fit. It adjusts for 13–20cm wrists, and you can wear it inside or outside as it feels most comfortable.

How quickly does it start cooling?

Cooling begins in about 3 seconds and reaches its working temperature in about 10 seconds.

How many cooling levels are there?

Four: low, medium, high and intelligent temperature control. Press the power button briefly to move between them.

How long does the battery last?

About 1.5–2 hours on high and 3–4 hours on low or intelligent mode. At three 10-minute uses a day that is roughly 7–10 days, and standby is about 30 days.

How do I charge it?

With the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes about 1.5–2 hours.

Can I wear it throughout the day?

Yes — it is made for everyday routines. It is splash resistant (IPX4) for sweat and light splashes, so please do not immerse, swim or shower with it.

Is this a medical device?
