Apply a small amount of water-based gel to the silicone body. Lie back or sit comfortably.

Press and hold to power on, then select Gentle, Warm, or Deep. Each session runs 6, 8, or 10 minutes.

Is Solene a medical device?

No. Solene is a general wellness device intended to support a feeling of pelvic floor tone, comfort, and confidence. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How long until I notice a difference?

Wellness routines are personal. We suggest three sessions a week for 60 days, then one to two sessions a week to maintain. Give yourself time and pay attention to how you feel.

Is it safe to use after childbirth?

Talk to your healthcare provider before using any pelvic floor device after childbirth, surgery, or if you are pregnant. Stop use and seek advice if you feel pain or discomfort.

What does it feel like?

A soft red glow, a gentle warmth and a soothing vibration. There is no electrical stimulation. Start on Gentle and move up only if it feels comfortable.

How do I clean it?

Wash the silicone body with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap before and after each use. Dry completely before storing.

Can I return Solene?

Yes. We accept returns within 90 days of delivery as long as Solene is unopened and still sealed in its original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of the product, we are unable to accept opened items for a return or refund. Return shipping is covered by the customer. If your device arrives faulty or develops a defect, it is covered by our 12-month limited warranty. See our Returns Policy.
